Zen Garden

Named for the Tang Dynasty poet Chen Tzu-Ang’s Poem-” After the rain with Gentleman Wang, ascending the Southern Pagoda of Kaiyuan Temple meet Master Chou Hui sitting alone at unique pavilion on the mountaintop, the poet wrote : A stone pavilion amidst many trees, with rocks flowing harmonious spring waters”, hence named this restaurant as “Zen Garde” Fusion.

The Japanese designer Ito used the traditional Japanese method of flying stone paths, to weave out of massive stones incapable of carving, a majestic garden vision of the Wufeng Mountain mist, replete with a Zen poetic sense. One of Taiwan’s Top Hundred Master Chefs, Chin-Chou Huang, personally selects the finest ingredients from our contract farms and the freshest seafood from local ports. From these freshest of ingredients, we prepare unique family recipe culinary creations, combining the best of western and Oriental cuisine and gastronomic methods. You are sure to enjoy fine dining in this famous restaurant frequently touted in domestic and international media, as the first-class “Kitchen of Yi-Lan”
