The Chef

Executive ChefJackie Chen


Jackie, who came from Hong-Kong had 33 years of food and beverage industry experience. He entered his industry at his 20s,and his first job was at Hong Kong Tai Wing Wah Restaurant. He worked as an apprentice at the beginning, and day by day learning Chinese cuisines over there for 4 solid years. Afterwards working and well-trained in several restaurants, he has deeply rooted in Chinese restaurants for continuously 10 years in Hong Kong. The chef came to Taiwan in 1989, and having experiencing in several 5 stars hotels, he joined the hotel royal hsinchu in 2014. Specializes in Cantonese and Chinese cuisine, his creeds for cuisine is to"present the culinary to the delights of the guest."
