In response to the 2019 Novel Coronavirus, we would like to inform you that we are taking body temperature for the hotel and restaurant guests. We also sanitize the public area regularly and provide alcohol hand sanitizer in the hotel for all the guests to use. 

Due to the current coronavirus situation, we request all guests to respect the following precaution policies:

1. Based on the updated entry regulations announced by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and related disease control regulations announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center, we have temporarily suspended receiving and accommodating all guests from the countries listed as Level 3: Warning. Please refer to the CDC website(https://www.cdc.gov.tw/) for more information.

2. The hotel also reserves the right to decline registering any guest whose name on identification differs from that on the reservation.

3. In response to the social distancing measures, we would like to advise all the guests to wear face masks or keep a distance from others of at least 1.5 meters in indoor environments.
