Soft means being relaxed and gentle, hoping diners from all places when entering Soft Kitchen can feel relaxed physically and mentally to enjoy the delicious cuisine.

Restaurant chefs go from Italian and French cuisine as the core, carefully selecting local and seasonal ingredients for preparing food, then combine culinary culture of the Mediterranean using olive oil, fresh vegetables, fruits, and seafood in various ways to present their cooking style to let diners experience a stunning visual and sensory feast.
