Hotel policy
- Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. To ensure the quality of our guests’ stays, visitors are requested to leave the hotel before 11:00 p.m. If visitors leave late, accommodation charges will be applied.
- To minimize waste, we will no longer provide disposable amenities in guest rooms. Instead, complimentary toiletries will be available in the public area on the 10th floor.
- Guest parking credit is for parking from 14:00 on the day of check-in until 11:30 in the morning on the day of check-out.
- If you park early or leave late, you have to pay at the parking fee machine on the B2-B4 floors of the parking lot. The rate is based on the parking lot management - parking lot sign displayed on that day.
