Hotel policy
- The hotel is free of charge for individuals under 115cm; guests between 115 and 139cm will be charged the children’s fare; guests who are 140cm tall or above will be charged as adults.
- Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. After check-out, you can still use the facilities in the hotel for free.
- The hotel provides shuttle service from Taitung/Chihpen Railway Station and Taitung Airport to the hotel. The shuttle service will be provided according to the schedule of guests’ train or flight time, and needs to be booked one day ahead.
- The fee for the shuttle service from Taitung Railway Station and Taitung Airport is NT$180 per person, and the ride takes about 30-40 minutes. The fee for the shuttle service from Chihpen Railway Station to the hotel is NT$130 per person, and the ride takes about 15 minutes.
