「甘」(Gan, the word sweet in Chinese) has a significant meaning to Tainan in terms of history, industry and local flavor.

Break apart the character 「甘」, it becomes廿一, the number 21 in Chinese. We make it into the name of our bar to imply a total makeover of this space. Those who come here could enjoy cocktails or performances in a new way and further discover a different Tainan.
