- All room rates are subject to a 10% service charge. The room rates are inclusive of a set breakfast and dinner and free use of hotel amenities, excluding the aromatherapy huts.
- There is a charge of NT$2,200元+10% for children over 115cm tall or over 6 years old and children under 12 years old who do not require an additional bed. This additional charge covers a set breakfast and dinner, and free use of hotel amenities, excluding the aromatherapy huts and turndown service. Each room may have up to two occupants under the age of 12.
- Check-in begins after 15:00, and check-out is before 11:00.
- The hotel provides a round-trip shuttle to Jiaoxi Train Station, but reservations at least a day in advance are requested.
