Named for the Tang Dynasty calligrapher Ou-yang Hsun`s work “Pure Springs Calligraphy at the Chiu Cheng Palace” and the verse “the clear spring as a mirror, sweet as wine”, the Chinese name for the Lobby Bar is thus the “Brewing Springs”. Located amidst the expansively raised ceiling Lobby, with transparent glass curtains, the vistas of the Lanyang Plains at dusk are amazing making it the perfect place for a gathering of family or friends to share in afternoon tea, or to watch the splendid rhap
