If the cancellation is made 7 to 9 days prior to (not including) the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. 4. If the cancellation is made 4 to 6 days prior to (not including) the arrival date, 40% of the deposit will be refunded. 5. If the cancellation is made 2 to 3 days prior to (not including) the arrival date, 30% of the deposit will be refunded. 6. If the cancellation is made 1 day prior to (not including) the arrival date, 20% of the deposit will be refunded. 7. If the cancellation is made on the arrival date or the hotel is not notified of the cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.
