- Reservation contract From this day forth, the deposit charged for the hotel reservation is in accordance with the “Model Contract for Direct Booking by Individual Tourists” issued by the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, on January 13, 2000. If the cancellation is made 14 days prior to (not including) the arrival date, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded. 2. If the cancellation is made 10 to 13 days prior to (not including) the arrival date, 70% of the deposit will be refunded. 3. If the cancellation is made 7 to 9 days prior to (not including) the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. 4. If the cancellation is made 4 to 6 days prior to (not including) the arrival date, 40% of the deposit will be refunded. 5. If the cancellation is made 2 to 3 days prior to (not including) the arrival date, 30% of the deposit will be refunded. 6. If the cancellation is made 1 day prior to (not including) the arrival date, 20% of the deposit will be refunded. 7. If the cancellation is made on the arrival date or the hotel is not notified of the cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.
